Sorry for the lagness in posting this match report.
We were rather fortunate to escape with a 1-0 win against 1Q, courtesy of a Mattew Tjoeng own goal.
1I 1-0 1Q
Scorers:
1I: Matthew Tjoeng o.g
1Q: N.A
Teams:
1I: Daryl Tham, Alex Loh, Alex Chan, Eugene, Yon Lu, Nigel, Benedict.
1Q: Matthew Tjoeng and 6 other ppl.
Subs:
1I: Jervan, Min Seok (Both were not present at the pitch due to the need to do CWO)
1Q: N.A.
I know you people can't be bothered with 1Q.
Notes: Matthew Tjoeng's own goal was very unfortunate, a back pass where the goalkeeper was AWOL. Resulting in a own Goal. We had a Clean Sheet. woots.
Stars:
1I: Alex Loh- He made quite a few good saves that prevented any goals and ensured that we had a clean sheet
1Q: N.A.
Flops:
1I: Nigel & K.S.
Nigel- Made many errors, and loss possesion quickly. Understandably, as he wouldn't have been playing if not for the CWO of the horny korean.
Kenneth- He promised to come to cheer. He came, but his cheers were inaudible.
1Q: Matthew Tjoeng.
Matthew- Even though he was quite influential in the game, his terrible back pass caused the own goal, and just like John Arne Riise, he was under absolutely no pressure, when he put the ball into his own net. BTW, if not for John Arne Riisse, thd Champions League Final would be Man U vs. Liverpool.
On a side note,
-Please complete your Philo WS, or Mr Leon Lai might kill you.
-For All members of the soccer Team, i've come up with a suitable line-up, comment on the tag board or find me in school if you have any probs with it.
Since it's 8 per side, so:
Center Forward(Striker): Yon Lu
Left Midfield: Alex Chan
Central Midfield: Eugene
Right Midfield: Min Seok
Left Back: Benedict
Center Back: Daryl Tham
Right back: Jervan/Nigel
GoalKeeper: Alex Loh
Subs: Jervan/Nigel
P.S. Those who want to play for the 1I soccer team, let your interest be known. We need more back up for the team incase ppl have to go for CWO, or nvr bring PE Attire.
Also, Cheerleaders are required.
Signing off,
Ben aka Metalfenix.
